system: flexible seamless polyurethane system to the mezzanine deck

  • Food processing plant.
  • Degreased and mechanically sand to prepare the substrate.
  • Cover all joints with fibreglass incorporated into the epoxy primer and allowed to cure.
  • Apply epoxy primer to all decks and allow to cure.
  • Apply 3-4mm seamless flexible polyurethane screed and allow to cure.
  • 1st matt seal.
  • 2nd matt seal.
  • Completed in 10 days.
