Description
Our client had another contractor apply coatings to their premises. This ended up failing 5 months later and started to lift due to improper preparation and specification. We removed all existing coating back to bare concrete and applied a heavy oil tolerant primer to control the contamination that had penetrated into the soft concrete, we also removed any soft defective areas and re-screeded with an oil tolerant screed. Once cured we then applied a high build epoxy top coat in light grey to brighten the workshop and help the natural light bounce around with less need for any lighting.
