• Remove all existing failed epoxy coating and prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding.
• Cut all perimeter anchor points and transitions.
• Apply DPM primer and Polyurethane underlayment to create fall to drains.
• Apply 9mm polyurethane screed in chosen Ral.
• Apply Polyurethane cove details to all walls.
• Apply polyurethane jointing compound to all joints and transitions.
• The project was completed in 4 days.
