Project Specification:  Polyurethane screed

• prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding to remove all surface contamination and leave a clean textured mechanical finish
• Apply Moisture Tolerant Primer to the entire area and blind with quartz aggregates
• Cut all perimeter anchor points
• Apply nominal 9mm polyurethane screed to all areas
• Apply polyurethane coving render to all wall details
• Apply polyurethane jointing materials to all movement joints and drain details
• Project complete in 7 days
