Project Specification: Polyurethane screed

• Remove all existing failed epoxy coating and prepare substrate via vacuum-enclosed diamond grinding
• Cut all perimeter anchor points and transitions
• Prime all areas with Epoxy DPM primer and blind with quartz aggregates
• Apply 6mm polyurethane screed in chosen Ral
• Apply polyurethane jointing compound to all joints and transitions
• Project completed in 3 days
